ΗΜΕΡΑ 1 - 28/8/2026
Η πρώτη ημέρα του METAL UNION FESTIVAL 2026 ανοίγει δυναμικά με τους Dreamlord. Το ελληνικό heavy/power metal συγκρότημα, με πολυετή παρουσία στη σκηνή και αφοσίωση στον επικό και μελωδικό ήχο, έρχεται στο Αγρίνιο έτοιμο να προσφέρει ένα δυνατό ξεκίνημα γεμάτο ένταση, κλασικές metal επιρροές και αυθεντική συναυλιακή ενέργεια.
Τη σκυτάλη παίρνουν οι Sirius. Με σύγχρονο metal ήχο, επιθετική σκηνική παρουσία και συνεχώς αυξανόμενη δυναμική στην ελληνική σκηνή, οι Sirius έχουν καταφέρει να ξεχωρίσουν μέσα από τις ζωντανές εμφανίσεις και την έντονη μουσική τους ταυτότητα. Η εμφάνισή τους στο Metal Union Festival αναμένεται εκρηκτική και γεμάτη πάθος.
Η συνέχεια ανήκει στους Tidal Dreams. Το αθηναϊκό heavy metal σχήμα έχει δημιουργήσει τη δική του ξεχωριστή πορεία μέσα από επικές συνθέσεις, μελωδικό χαρακτήρα και ατμοσφαιρικό ήχο που συνδυάζει δύναμη και συναίσθημα. Με εμπειρία δίπλα σε σημαντικά ονόματα της metal σκηνής και σταθερή συναυλιακή παρουσία, οι Tidal Dreams ανεβαίνουν στη σκηνή του Metal Union Festival αποφασισμένοι να καθηλώσουν το κοινό.
Αμέσως μετά, οι ιστορικοί On Thorns I Lay έρχονται να προσφέρουν μία από τις πιο ατμοσφαιρικές και επιβλητικές εμφανίσεις του φεστιβάλ. Ένα από τα σημαντικότερα ελληνικά metal συγκροτήματα διεθνώς, οι On Thorns I Lay έχουν αφήσει το αποτύπωμά τους στη doom/death metal σκηνή από τις αρχές της δεκαετίας του ’90, με μοναδική αισθητική, σκοτεινή ατμόσφαιρα και χαρακτηριστικό ήχο. Με τεράστια εμπειρία και διεθνή αναγνώριση, υπόσχονται μια εμφάνιση γεμάτη συναίσθημα και δύναμη.
Η βραδιά κορυφώνεται με τους τεράστιους Grand Magus. Οι θρυλικοί Σουηδοί heavy metal warriors αποτελούν ένα από τα πιο αναγνωρισμένα ονόματα της ευρωπαϊκής metal σκηνής, έχοντας καταφέρει να δημιουργήσουν το δικό τους ξεχωριστό μουσικό σύμπαν μέσα από τεράστια riffs, επικές μελωδίες και ασταμάτητη συναυλιακή ενέργεια. Με σπουδαία δισκογραφία, εμφανίσεις στα μεγαλύτερα φεστιβάλ του κόσμου και αφοσιωμένο κοινό διεθνώς, οι Grand Magus έρχονται στο Αγρίνιο ως headliners της πρώτης ημέρας για να χαρίσουν ένα ανεπανάληπτο closing show και να ανοίξουν με τον πιο εντυπωσιακό τρόπο το METAL UNION FESTIVAL 2026.
ΗΜΕΡΑ 2 – ΣΑΒΒΑΤΟ 29/08/26
Η δεύτερη ημέρα του METAL UNION FESTIVAL ανοίγει με τους δυναμικούς Plague Spreader. Το death/thrash metal συγκρότημα από την Πάτρα και το Αγρίνιο αποτελεί μία από τις πλέον ανερχόμενες δυνάμεις της ελληνικής underground σκηνής. Με επιθετικά riffs, ακραία ενέργεια και αδιάκοπη συναυλιακή δράση, οι Plague Spreader έρχονται αποφασισμένοι να παραδώσουν ένα εκρηκτικό live set που θα βάλει φωτιά από τα πρώτα λεπτά του φεστιβάλ.
Η συνέχεια ανήκει στους Project Renegade. Το αθηναϊκό alternative/heavy metal σχήμα έχει καταφέρει να ξεχωρίσει χάρη στον σύγχρονο ήχο του, τα δυναμικά live performances και την ιδιαίτερη σκηνική παρουσία του. Με εμφανίσεις δίπλα σε μεγάλα ονόματα της ευρωπαϊκής metal σκηνής και σημαντικές περιοδείες στο ενεργητικό τους, οι Project Renegade ανεβαίνουν στη σκηνή του Metal Union Festival έτοιμοι να καθηλώσουν το κοινό.
Αμέσως μετά, οι Enemy Of Reality έρχονται να προσφέρουν μια συμφωνική metal εμπειρία υψηλού επιπέδου. DAY 1 – FRIDAY 08/28/26
The first day of METAL UNION FESTIVAL 2026 kicks off with Dreamlord. The Greek heavy/power metal band, known for its devotion to epic melodies and classic metal spirit, arrives in Agrinio ready to deliver a powerful opening performance full of energy, passion, and authentic heavy metal attitude.
Next up are Sirius. With an aggressive modern metal sound, commanding stage presence, and steadily growing reputation within the Greek scene, Sirius have managed to stand out through their intense live performances and strong musical identity. Their appearance at Metal Union Festival promises to be explosive and full of raw energy.
The evening continues with Tidal Dreams. The Athens-based heavy metal band has carved out its own distinctive path through epic compositions, melodic atmosphere, and emotionally charged soundscapes. The night culminates with the mighty Grand Magus. The legendary Swedish heavy metal warriors stand among the most respected names of the European metal scene, having built a unique musical legacy through massive riffs, epic melodies, and unstoppable live energy. DAY 2 – SATURDAY 08/29/26
The second day of the METAL UNION FESTIVAL kicks off with the dynamic Plague Spreader. The death/thrash metal band from Patras and Agrinio is one of the rising forces of the Greek underground scene. With aggressive riffs, extreme energy, and non-stop stage action, Plague Spreader are determined to deliver an explosive live set that will set the festival ablaze from the very first minutes.
Next up is Project Renegade. The Athens-based alternative/heavy metal band has made a name for itself thanks to its contemporary sound, dynamic live performances, and distinctive stage presence. With appearances alongside big names in the European metal scene and major tours under their belt, Project Renegade takes the stage at the Metal Union Festival ready to captivate the audience.
Immediately following, Enemy Of Reality will deliver a high-caliber symphonic metal experience. With their imposing and melodic sound, atmospheric compositions, and the charismatic presence of Iliana Tsakiraki, the band has earned the respect of the European metal community. Having shared the stage with top names such as Arch Enemy, Epica, and Therion, Enemy Of Reality promises a riveting performance full of intensity and emotion.
The evening continues with the exceptional Mother Of Millions. The progressive/post-metal band from Athens is one of the most important and recognized Greek bands of the modern era. With a cinematic aesthetic, emotional depth, and atmospheric compositions, Mother Of Millions have managed to stand out internationally, touring and performing alongside huge names in the progressive scene. Their new album “Magna Mater” confirms that they are at the peak of their creativity, and the Metal Union Festival audience is in for a unique experience.
The festival culminates with the explosive THRAX PANC. One of the most unique and talked-about bands on the Greek scene, THRAX PANC manage to blend traditional Thracian music with punk, rock, and heavy elements, creating a wild musical experience that turns every performance into a celebration. With their signature energy, authentic sound, and explosive connection with the audience, they are coming to Agrinio to close out the Metal Union Festival 2026 in the most spectacular way possible.
